Join us for a screening of Balance: A Perimenopause Journey, coupled with a brief expert presentation and audience Q&A. The discussion will feature UNCW and community experts, including Dr. Erin Wax, School of Nursing; Windy Ezzell, Inner Solutions Counseling Center; and Dr. Shaila M. Strayhorn-Carter, School of Health and Applied Human Sciences. Refreshments served.

Brief Description of Film:  Confronted with the sudden onset of perimenopause, Jain monks Siddhali and Anubhuti set out to find out how to regain balance in their lives. But when they seek to learn more and get safe treatment, they find a world of misinformation, prejudice, and barriers stopping them - and all women - from living full and healthy lives. 

Free parking will be available for community members who pre-register by Monday, November 9.
