Volunteer for Wings up for Wilmington 2026

Rise Up Community Farm's mission is to plant hope in the community by cultivating land and community, educating local youth and adults, nourishing our neighbors in need, and empowering local youth.  We use sustainable and chemical-free farming practices to produce healthy fruits and vegetables and to ensure that our community has access to fresh produce, while empowering local youth through our ongoing youth programming.

Volunteers will be helping with field work! This could be anything from weeding or planting to harvesting.

Please wear closed-toed shoes, a hat, sunscreen, and clothes/shoes for getting wet or muddy. No previous experience is required! Most tasks do require significant mobility and some require more strength.
